1. Introduction & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and babu8i ("babu8i", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the website located at babu8i.pro, including all pages, sub-pages, services, games, promotions, and tools made available thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, placing a wager, or using any feature of babu8i, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a babu8i employee or business partner.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or banned by babu8i for any reason.
• All information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment method details — is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• You acknowledge that gambling may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction and accept full personal responsibility for determining its legality before participating.

2.1 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on babu8i. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same device, IP address, payment method, mobile number, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, bonus balances will be voided, and any funds obtained through duplicate account abuse may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your babu8i login credentials. You must not disclose your username, password, or any one-time passcode (OTP) to any third party. babu8i will never ask you for your full password by any means. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 3. Deposits & Payments

babu8i accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved local payment channels. The Platform does not accept third-party deposits — all funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment method belonging to another person, whether a family member or otherwise, constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.1 Approved Payment Methods

• bKash — Personal bKash accounts only. Business or agent accounts are not accepted.
• Nagad — Personal Nagad accounts registered in your legal name.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile financial service accounts.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile financial service accounts.
• Visa / Mastercard — Debit and credit cards issued to your registered name by a bank in Bangladesh or internationally.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit via bKash or Nagad is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits and daily cumulative deposit caps are displayed within the babu8i cashier section and may vary by payment method and account status. babu8i reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your babu8i account within seconds of confirmation by the mobile financial service provider. Card deposits may require additional processing time. babu8i is not liable for delays caused by the payment service provider, bank, or mobile network operator. If a deposit is not credited within thirty (30) minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4. Withdrawals & Processing

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a payment method registered in the Player's verified legal name. babu8i does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 5 below.

4.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum single withdrawal via bKash or Nagad is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts for other payment methods are displayed in the cashier section of your babu8i account.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 10 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours (06:00–24:00 BST, UTC+6).
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Accounts pending KYC verification: Withdrawals are placed on hold until identity documents are reviewed and approved. This process typically takes up to 48 hours from document submission.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. Requests exceeding these limits will be split across multiple processing periods. babu8i reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds and may request further documentation to substantiate the source of funds.

4.4 Right to Withhold Funds

babu8i reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or any other activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. Any funds found to have been obtained fraudulently will be forfeited in their entirety.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

babu8i operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all Players prior to the processing of withdrawals. This process protects both the Player and the Platform against fraud, identity theft, and financial crime. babu8i may also request verification at registration, upon detecting unusual account activity, or at any other time at its reasonable discretion.

5.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the last 90 days showing your registered name and address.

• Additional documentation may be requested at babu8i's sole discretion to satisfy anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in strict accordance with babu8i's Privacy Policy. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

The following general bonus rules apply across all offers unless a promotion's own terms expressly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to registered Players who are 21 years of age or older and have completed any applicable verification steps.

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all open bets, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Amendments to These Terms

babu8i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a change is required immediately by law or for security reasons.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your account by contacting support. 12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. babu8i aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the primary method of resolution before pursuing any other legal remedy.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall prevail in all respects. Any translated version provided for convenience does not have legal effect.
